In most cases, yes — and it typically costs 20–30% of a full replacement. Solid wood, MDF and most thermofoil doors refinish well. We degrease, scuff-sand, apply a bonding primer and spray cabinet-grade lacquer or enamel. Doors and drawer fronts come off and get sprayed in a controlled setup; boxes and frames are sprayed in place with full masking. The result is a smooth, hard finish with no brush marks.

Primarily Sherwin-Williams and Benjamin Moore, with the specific line chosen for the surface and exposure — a scrubbable matte for a hallway, a moisture-resistant product for bathrooms, an elastomeric or acrylic masonry coating for Calgary stucco. No. We work in occupied homes all the time. Furniture gets moved to the centre of the room and wrapped, floors are fully covered, and we use low-VOC and zero-VOC products so the space stays livable. We can also work room by room so you always have somewhere set up. Everything goes back where it was before we leave.

Yes. Stucco is common across Calgary and it takes a specific approach. Our freeze-thaw cycles — sometimes several in one chinook week — open hairline cracks that pull moisture behind the finish. We pressure wash, repair cracks with an elastomeric patch, prime with a masonry-appropriate primer, then apply a breathable acrylic or elastomeric topcoat that flexes with the substrate instead of splitting over it.

We provide a written workmanship warranty on every job. If peeling, blistering, flashing or coverage failure traces back to our application or prep, we come back and correct it at no charge. The term and exact coverage are printed on your quote and invoice so there's nothing to hunt for later. Normal wear, impact damage and pre-existing substrate problems we flagged in writing aren't covered.
